Listed below are some of the many riding areas across the United States that are available to personal watercraft and jet boats. As we enter new riding spots, we will change the color of the state to green, as shown on the left!  So, please check back often! Located in the city of Florala, along beautiful Lake Jackson, this 40-acre park offers swimming, fishing, a community building, campground and picnic area along the shore.

Joe Wheeler State Park  Rogersville

Boat Launch Ramps into Wilson Lake below Wheeler Dam, into Wheeler Lake at the resort area, the cabin area and at Elk River.

Lake Guntersville State Park  Guntersville

Just six miles northeast of Guntersville, off Highway 227, overlooking the majestic 66,470-acre Guntersville Reservoir. The park ranges over 5,909 acres of ridge tops and meadows. The park's resort lodge, restaurant and convention complex is located on Little Mountain, providing a magnificent view of the reservoir. The Lake is wonderful for fishing as well as swimming and other water sports activities. Recently, it has become the winter home of our national symbol, the Bald Eagle.

Roland Cooper State Park  Camden

Located six miles northeast of Camden. Rolling along the 22,000-acre Dannelly Reservoir, this 236-acre park features a nine hole golf course with clubhouse; spacious vacation cottages; modern campground with bathhouse, laundry and camp store; and a scenic picnic area with tables, grills, pavilions and comfort station. With fishing so popular in the reservoir, the park also provides boat launching facilities and bait & tackle amenities.

Wind Creek State Park  Alexander City

Located seven miles southeast of Alexander City, this park spans 1,445 acres along the shores of Lake Martin, which is a 41,000 area clear water reservoir perfect for fishing, swimming and boating. Park facilities include the largest state operated campground in the United States with 642 sites, many of which are waterfront sites allowing campers to fish, swim and boat right out their back door. Other facilities include a marina, camp store, fishing pier, hiking trails, playground and picnic areas with tables, grills, and shelters.

Buckskin Mountain State Park  Parker

This state park scenically located between the Buckskin Mountains and the Colorado River attracts both nature lovers and water enthusiasts. Hikers are enticed to explore the area via three developed trails that ascend steep bluffs to panoramic overlooks. The river draws pleasure boaters, water skiers, and swimmers to this 400-foot-elevation recreation area. Anglers vie for largemouth bass, crappie, channel catfish, and bluegill. Buckskin Mountain State Park and its associated River Island Unit are approximately 11 miles north of Parker off State Route 95.

Cattail Cove State Park  Lake Havasu

Cattail Cove is 15 miles south of Lake Havasu City. Water recreation has been raised to an art form here, and is practiced by the devoted all year long. An exceptional park, Cattail Cove has modern lakeside camping facilities. A unique feature of this park is that you can travel to over 140 boat-access-only campsites along the shore of Lake Havasu between Cattail Cove and Windsor Beach. Access is off State Route 95

Lake Powell's sheer, twisting canyons intrigue and delight the boater. Inlets are interspersed with sandy beaches, and the opportunity to picnic or camp in the shadows of multicolored cliffs is a magnet to visitors. Operators must obey all regulations for boat use on Lake Powell ­ wakeless speed in harbors and speed within proximity laws on the open water. Lake Powell is located on Utah/Arizona border.

There are two distinct units at this water lovers' paradise, Windsor Beach and Cattail Cove. Windsor Beach is a wonderfully developed area in Lake Havasu City just north of the famed London Bridge. (London Bridge was dismantled at its original site in England and rebuilt in Arizona by developer Robert McCulloch in 1971.) Windsor Beach is popular for day use, camping, and launching all varieties of watercraft. A new group campground is available by reservation.

At two and a half miles long and 250 surface acres, Patagonia Lake is popular for a variety of recreational activities, including water skiing, fishing, camping, picnicking, and hiking. For anglers' sake, half of the lake is designated a no wake area. A level fishing pad is provided for wheelchair access. Because the lake attracts a multitude of water lovers during summer months, water skiing and jet skiing are prohibited on weekends and holidays from May 1 through October 1. Park conveniences include picnic ramadas, a swimming beach, and a marina store with boat rentals.
